How Get Creative Uses AI
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Get Creative uses artificial intelligence. This page explains where, what information it uses, and the limits we put on it.
Where AI is used
- Our team uses AI to draft replies, summaries and articles, which a person reviews before anything is sent or published.
- Our products (Cadrillo, Wesley and Presshouse) use AI as their own pages describe.
What AI receives
When a feature uses AI, the text, images, audio or files that feature needs are sent to an AI model provider, which processes them and returns a result. We send only what the task needs. Information is sent over encrypted connections, and the providers work under commercial terms that govern how they handle it.
People stay in charge
- Get Creative asks a person before it does anything important, such as sending a message to a customer or publishing something.
- AI can be wrong. Check what it produces before you rely on it.
- Get Creative does not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without a person involved.
Where you'll see AI
Anything an AI assistant says to you directly comes from Get Creative's AI unless it says it is a person. Content we publish may have been drafted with AI and is reviewed by our team.
